Prima Marketing Inc.'s Acrylic Build-A-Book mini albums are a huge hit at The Paper Garden. It's a fabulous time as Prima-endorsed teacher, Julie Ann Shahin, takes you through the steps to create a customized mini-album with the most beautiful products on earth. It's a literal explosion of colors, and textures too. Did we mention all the Prima flowers too? As a bonus, we will make a greeting card from the left-over supplies!

Bring a basic tool kit to class along with clear adhesive such as Fabri-Tac Glue or Helmar Fabric Glue, and a paper distresser such as the one by Heidi Swapp.

Our Amazing Life – Acrylic Prima Build-A-Book Mini Album Class

Prima's Build-A-Book Acrylic Albums are arriving at The Paper Garden! Join Julie Ann Shahin as she takes you through the steps to create this delightful family album using a variety of Prima's Build-A-Book shapes as well as how to use their Clear Paintables using everyone's favorite: Stickles. Do you save letters, notes or cards? Julie Ann will show you how to make your own file folders as an insert in the album. This is not a hybrid class (digital + traditional), however Julie Ann will make herself available for hybrid questions at a designated time during the class. The first ten to sign up for Julie Ann's class by calling the Paper Garden or signing up in person also receive a hand-embroidered felt embellishment that is Julie Ann's unique design, hand-made by herself.

Bring to class: a basic tool kit including trimmer, x-acto knife, corner rounders, pencil, your favorite clear adhesive and ribbon adhesive

About Julie Ann




Julie Ann Shahin, a former Paper Garden Design Team Member, is the author of The Scrapbook Dimensions Magazine 16-Month Inspirational Calendar for Scrapbookers. Her tutorials and articles have gained an international audience while she served as Creative Editor, then Special Projects Director, and Social Network Administrator for Scrapbook Dimensions Magazine from it's premiere in February 2007 until July 2008. Julie Ann's work has been in Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends, Paper Trends, {former} Scrapbook Answers, Digital Scrapbooking, Digital Artist Magazine, Creative TECHniques, as well as a handful of books and international publications.
